Godspeed licence (EULA)

Version 1.0, effective 31 October 2026

This is the agreement between you and Holy Plugins (Harry Marley and Ethan Parodi, ABN 36 842 872 994) for Godspeed and our free plugins ("the software"). By installing or using the software you agree to it. If you don't agree, don't install it. If you've paid, you can ask for a refund under our Refund policy.

1. What you get

When you buy Godspeed, we give you a personal licence to install and use it. The licence doesn't end and isn't exclusive to you. We still own the software. You're buying the right to use it, not the software itself.

2. Your music is yours

You own everything you make with the software, including songs, beats, stems and samples. Use it however you like, commercially or not, with no royalties or credit owed to us.

3. What you can't do

You can't:

Want to pass your licence on to someone else? Email support@holyplugins.co. We allow one transfer per licence, done by us, and the licence then moves fully to the new owner.

4. Producer preview and free plugins

5. Other people's code

The software includes components made by others, such as the JUCE framework and the Moonbase licensing SDK (MIT licence). Their own licences apply to those parts and are listed in the notices file that comes with the software.

6. Ending the licence

You can stop using the software at any time. If you seriously break this agreement, for example by sharing or cracking the software, we can end your licence by email and switch off its activation. If your licence ends, you must uninstall the software. Section 2 (your music) still applies after the licence ends.

If you get a refund, your licence ends and we switch off its activation.

7. Guarantees and our responsibility

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

Apart from those rights, and any rights the consumer laws of your country give you, as far as the law allows:
